BENCHMARK PAY AND PRODUCTIVITY DATA
The Today’s Hospitalist Compensation & Career Cross-Tab Report is an Excel spreadsheet with information on hospitalist pay, group size, scheduling patterns, patient encounters, hospitalist career satisfaction and more. More than 50 cross-tabs allow users to drill down and compare pay data by various breakdowns, such as group size, patient load, region and employer type. Data were collected from more than 800 hospitalists across the US. Hospitalists, program directors, practice administrators and employers will find this report a valuable tool for benchmarking hospitalist compensation and productivity.
