Williamson Medical Center is a 185-bed regional access community hospital that has an onsite children’s hospital, breast health center and orthopedic institute, as well as onsite cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Williamson Medical Center has been ranked in the top 10% nationally for medical excellence in overall surgical and orthopedic care and for patient safety in many areas. With higher than average staff satisfaction and lower than average turnover, we are a positive, healthy and supportive place to work.

Employment model: Williamson Medical Center hires hospitalists directly and does not offer a partnership track.

Services: Primary care coverage, subspecialist consultation, ICU coverage.

Schedule and coverage: Hospitalists work a 12-12-12-12-10 schedule.

Compensation: We provide a base pay with shift differential, as well as an RVU-based bonus.
