US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) serves more than 220 sites in 20 states. Ten sites are Integrated Acute Care programs with multiple service lines including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, observation services and palliative care.

Employment model: USACS is owned and led by physicians, drawing from an unprecedented level of talent, commitment and passion. USACS physicians have Day 1 ownership.

Services: Team model with hospitalist, critical care and emergency department under one (Integrated Acute Care) director.

Schedule and coverage: Typical coverage is seven-on/seven-off model with 12-hour shifts and the support of USACS-trained APPs.

Compensation: Employee/salary model. Site-specific compensation may include sign-on bonuses and productivity and/or quality incentives.
