Compensation: Emory hospitalists enjoy a lucrative compensation and benefits package that includes competitive base salaries, quarterly and annual bonuses based on productivity and quality, comprehensive liability insurance, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits, 403b with annual Emory contributions, CME funding, courtesy scholarship, and more.
Practice highlights: Emory hospitalists are actively involved in teaching, quality improvement, patient safety, health services research and other professional activities. They also have access to faculty development programs within the division and work with leaders focused on mentoring, medical education and fostering research. Many end up progressing into health system and university leadership roles.
